In the bottle at room temperature, this is a ruby red polish. Upon application on nail (warm body temperature), this transitions to a scarlet polish. When exposed to hot water, this turns to bright crimson red with pink undertones. When exposed to cold temperatures, this turns into a darker maroon shade.
