PUKINGAN is a cornflower blue polish speckled with sapphire that shifts to purple metallic microflakes. Pukingan is from Colección De Jardin--a set of speckled pastel polishes inspired by the gorgeous tropical flowers native to the Philippines in celebration of Flores de Mayo.
